I. Project Overview
This project, located on Sumba Island, Indonesia, is a high-end luxury resort destination, leveraging the natural and cultural resources of coral reef coastlines, turquoise lagoons, and traditional villages, serving as a central hub for exploring Sumba Island. The project comprises 47 guest rooms and 20 villas, with an overall high-end positioning and extremely high requirements for the design and quality of the supporting products. We provided a complete set of bathroom product solutions for this project. All products feature a matte black finish, paired with a customized faucet series, matching the overall design style of the project. Furthermore, based on the project's specific needs, some products were manufactured using an OEM customization model, and each villa and guest room's products were assigned exclusive labels to ensure clear product ownership and convenient management, fully matching the project's high-end positioning and practical usage requirements.
II. Project Challenges
(I) Fixing and Safety Requirements
Located in a coastal are a, adjacent to coral reef coastlines and turquoise lagoons, the unique coastal environment presented a core challenge for our product solutions. The high humidity and salt content of the coastal air, coupled with the high volume of guests at this high-end resort, demanded stringent requirements for the fixing stability, corrosion resistance, and safety of the bathroom products, far exceeding those of conventional projects. We needed to ensure that the products were securely installed and could effectively withstand the erosion of the high-humidity, high-salt coastal environment, preventing loosening, damage, and corrosion from long-term exposure to the coastal environment. This ensured both guest safety and the long-term aesthetic appeal of the products, meeting the quality standards of a high-end resort hotel and confidently addressing the various product challenges posed by the coastal environment.
(II) Required Certifications/Standards
As a high-end hotel project in Indonesia, the supporting bathroom products needed to strictly comply with relevant local product quality certifications, safety certifications, and environmental standards. They also needed to meet the quality specifications for bathroom products in the high-end hotel industry, ensuring that the products met compliance requirements in terms of materials, craftsmanship, and environmental friendliness. This ensured both user safety and compliance with both local market access and the project's high-end positioning standards.
III. Supporting Service Measures
1. Customized Product Supply: We precisely match the project design requirements, using a matte black color scheme for all supporting bathroom products and creating a customized faucet series to ensure that the products are highly consistent with the overall decoration style of the Cap Karoso resort (hotel and villas), highlighting a high-end texture.
2. OEM Personalized Customization: For the project's specific needs, we provide OEM customization services for shower switches, fully engaging with the project team's requirements from product design and process parameters to quality control, ensuring personalized customization to meet the project's differentiated usage needs.
3. Exclusive Labeling Service: Considering that the project includes 20 villas and 47 guest rooms, with a large number of products and wide distribution, we provide exclusive labels for the supporting bathroom products in each villa and guest room, clearly identifying product ownership. This facilitates subsequent asset management, maintenance, and daily control for the project team, improving management efficiency.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance: We strictly control product quality, ensuring that all supplied products comply with relevant Indonesian local certifications and industry standards. Furthermore, considering the humid island environment, we optimize the product process, strengthening product stability and corrosion resistance to comprehensively address project safety and quality challenges and ensure long-term stable product use.
5. Full-Process Support Service: During the project cooperation period, we assign dedicated personnel to provide full-process support, from needs communication and customized solution confirmation to production progress tracking, labeling, product delivery, and subsequent after-sales service.
