This project is a dedicated bathroom hardware supply project for a villa resort in the Maldives. As a professional bathroom hardware product supplier, we undertook the entire process of bathroom product supply, customized research and development, and supporting services for this project, serving as the core bathroom hardware partner. The villa resort selected our high-quality matte black series products, including toilets, faucets, showers, bathtubs, and various bathroom accessories. The first phase of the project includes over 110 villas. The project focuses on the specific needs of the Maldives location. All core bathroom-related products are provided by us, including customized bathtubs and a full range of bathroom hardware products. The entire process revolves around three core principles: "customized fit, quality standards, and suitability for the local environment," precisely matching the project's personalized and high-end requirements for bathroom products, helping to create high-quality bathroom spaces that meet the unique characteristics and usage needs of the Maldives.
Due to the unique geographical characteristics, environmental differences, and the project's own positioning in the Maldives, the bathtubs and bathroom hardware products we supply are all manufactured using a customized production model. From product size, style design, material selection to process details, everything is specifically researched and developed based on the project's specific requirements, ensuring that each product perfectly fits the on-site installation and usage needs. At the same time, it takes into account the potential requirements for corrosion resistance and durability due to the marine climate of the Maldives, achieving both customization and practicality.

1. Fixing and Safety Requirements
1. Fixing Requirements: The installation environment at the Maldives project site is unique, with some bathroom spaces having irregular layouts. Due to regional transportation and on-site construction limitations, customized bathtubs and hardware products must meet strict size compatibility and installation fixing requirements. They must ensure that the products are stable and secure after installation, adapt to on-site construction techniques to reduce installation difficulty, and maintain aesthetic appeal, matching the overall bathroom space style. 2. Safety Requirements: As bathroom products, bathtubs and hardware (faucets, showerheads, hardware accessories, connectors, etc.) must meet extremely high safety standards. They must possess core safety features such as leak prevention, anti-detachment, corrosion resistance, and anti-slip properties to eliminate safety hazards caused by product quality issues. At the same time, the product materials must comply with environmental safety standards, be free from harmful gases and substances, and be suitable for human contact, aligning with the high-end positioning of the Maldives project regarding health and safety.
2. Required Certifications/Standards:
All products supplied for this project (including customized bathtubs and all types of bathroom hardware) must strictly comply with international general standards for bathroom products and relevant local product access standards in the Maldives. The essential core certifications and standards are as follows: First, product quality certification, ensuring that the product materials, craftsmanship, and durability meet the high-quality standards of similar international products; second, environmental safety certification, ensuring that the product materials and surface treatment processes meet environmental requirements, are free from excessive heavy metals and harmful volatile substances, and are suitable for human use and local environmental protection needs; third, waterproof and corrosion resistance certifications, given the Maldives' marine climate, the products must pass professional corrosion resistance and waterproofing tests to ensure that they do not rust or get damaged during long-term use; fourth, installation safety certification, the product design and manufacturing must comply with bathroom installation safety regulations to ensure that the products meet safety requirements after installation and eliminate safety hazards. All certification documents must be complete and valid and available for inspection by the project owner and relevant regulatory authorities at any time.

Logistics and Warehousing Support Services: Considering the unique geographical characteristics of the Maldives, we have developed a dedicated logistics plan, selecting experienced and qualified logistics partners to handle the entire transportation of products from our factory to the project site. We will ensure proper product packaging and protection to prevent damage during transportation. We will coordinate with the project site regarding warehousing needs in advance and plan transportation timelines accordingly to ensure timely delivery and avoid impacting the project construction schedule. Given the large size and transportation challenges of customized products, we will assign dedicated personnel to monitor the entire logistics process and promptly address any issues that may arise. 4. Installation Guidance and After-Sales Support Services: We will arrange professional technical personnel to provide on-site installation guidance services according to the project construction schedule. They will liaise with the on-site construction team, explain the key points and precautions for installing customized products, and assist in resolving issues such as product compatibility and installation during the installation process, ensuring proper and safe installation. We will establish a dedicated after-sales support team to provide long-term after-sales support after project delivery, promptly responding to the project owner's after-sales needs. For any problems encountered during product use, we will quickly arrange technical personnel to troubleshoot and resolve them, providing repair and replacement services to ensure the long-term stable use of the products. We will also maintain sufficient spare parts for customized products to ensure timely after-sales response and prevent any disruption to the project's normal operation.
5. Certification and Compliance Support Services: We will assign dedicated personnel to be responsible for the organization, verification, and submission of project-related certification documents, ensuring that all product certification documents are complete, valid, and meet project requirements and Maldivian local entry standards. We will fully cooperate with the project owner and relevant regulatory departments in certification verification and quality inspections, providing necessary information in a timely manner to ensure the project progresses in compliance and to prevent any delays caused by certification issues.
