Quality Inspection and Goods Inspection Process

We always implement a strict quality control system to ensure that each order meets established standards. Meanwhile, we provide multi-stage goods inspection support to fully protect your rights and interests:

  • Factory Quality Inspection: All products undergo multiple rounds of strict internal quality inspections before leaving the factory to identify potential issues such as appearance and performance, ensuring quality from the source.
  • Appointed On-Site Inspection: For large-scale products or complex customized products, you may submit an advance application. We will dispatch professional quality inspectors to the factory or warehouse for on-site inspection before shipment, and arrange delivery only after confirmation of no issues.
  • Delivery Verification: Upon delivery of the product, please check on the spot at the time of signing for receipt to confirm that the quantity and specifications of the product are consistent with the order, and carefully inspect whether there is any damage or defect in the appearance.

Kind Reminder: If you find that the product is inconsistent with the order, has damage or quality problems at any of the above stages, please immediately take photos (or record videos) to retain evidence and contact our customer service team as soon as possible to facilitate rapid follow-up handling.

  • Submit complete materials, including the order number, a detailed description of the product issue, and clear photos or videos that can clearly show the problem

  • Our customer service team will complete the material review as soon as possible after receiving the application. After approval, we will take the initiative to contact you, inform you of the follow-up solution (such as replacement, part supplement, etc.), and promote implementation.
