I. Project Overview
This project provides comprehensive bathroom solutions for high-end villas, deeply adapting the design to the local tropical coastal style of Thailand. It retains the luxurious texture of our signature 79 series while incorporating local aesthetic and functional requirements for simplicity, transparency, and resistance to humidity and weathering.
The entire series features a PVD zirconium gold brushed surface treatment, creating a high-end living experience with a unified luxurious texture:
79 Series (Core Product Line): Features a DZR brass body, with its textured knurled handle design as a signature element of the project. Includes wall-mounted basin faucets and bathtub faucets with showers, providing a visual focal point and core functionality for the bathroom. This series comes with international certifications such as Watermark, WELS, and WRAS, providing a solid foundation for project compliance.
M10 & M22 Series: Provides hardware such as toilet paper holders (M115TBG, M225), continuing the zirconium gold brushed texture and complementing the 79 series in style.
Functional Accessory Series: Includes single items such as overhead showers, wall-mounted showers, handheld showerheads, and toilet buttons, building a complete bathroom functional system. The entire series uniformly uses zirconium gold brushed technology, ensuring visual consistency in the space.
The luxurious tone of the zirconium gold brushed finish and the exquisite details of the knurled texture highly match the warm texture and light luxury atmosphere preferred in Thailand, allowing each villa's bathroom to present a seamlessly integrated sense of luxury, perfectly aligning with the project's positioning of "creating a magnificent and luxurious living experience."
II. Project Core Challenges
As an international project, the local building and product access standards in Thailand require strict adherence to local building codes (NBC) and mandatory certification requirements for bathroom products, including pressure and sealing performance tests under the Thai Industrial Standards (TIS), NSF/ANSI 61 lead content standards, and third-party certification for wear resistance and corrosion resistance of PVD coatings. At the same time, plumbing and sanitary ware products must pass the official import approval process in Thailand, which places strict requirements on both document compliance and product performance.
The project's location in a coastal area, with its high salt and humidity environment, poses stringent demands on the secure installation and corrosion resistance of the sanitary ware hardware. The 79 series utilizes DZR brass material, which possesses excellent dezincification corrosion resistance. Combined with the PVD zirconium gold brushed plating, this effectively enhances the product's durability in coastal environments.
Style adaptation and supply chain coordination: While maintaining Watersino's high-end quality, the products must adapt to the local Thai aesthetic preferences for tropical coastal styles. The bulk delivery requirement for 26 villas demands efficient supply chain coordination to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
