This project provides The Cements Hotel with a complete set of customized bathroom hardware solutions. The core product is the brushed gold series, covering a full range of products including basin faucets, low-flow showerheads, toilets, bathtubs, towel racks, and bathroom accessories. We deeply customize details such as faucet switch and water outlet methods, and shower water flow patterns, to match the hotel's luxurious decoration style and high-frequency usage scenarios. All products have passed triple Oceania certification (SAA + WaterMark + WELS), achieving triple guarantees of electrical safety, product compliance, and water-saving performance, in line with Australian and New Zealand green building standards. The final delivered bathroom solution achieves stable operation with zero failures in the hotel's high-frequency usage environment, and the water-saving performance helps the hotel improve its Green Star NZ green building rating, while the brushed gold series products reinforce the hotel's high-end luxury brand image.
II. Core Project Challenges
(I) Fixed and Safety Requirements
High-Frequency Use Stability: As a luxury hotel in the core area of Auckland, the guest rooms and public bathroom areas are used hundreds of times a day, placing extremely high demands on the structural strength, valve core durability, and installation stability of the bathroom hardware. It must be ensured that there are no loosening or leakage problems during long-term use.
Electrical Safety Assurance: In the humid bathroom environment, electrified bathroom components must strictly follow SAA certification standards to eliminate leakage and short-circuit hazards, and at the same time adapt to the seismic installation specifications of earthquake-prone areas in New Zealand, ensuring safe use in extreme situations.
Load-Bearing and Compliance Adaptation: Hanging items such as towel racks and handrails need to meet high load-bearing requirements, and the surface treatment should consider both anti-slip properties and texture; at the same time, they must comply with NZS 4121 accessibility design standards, such as the towel rack installation height not exceeding 1200mm, to meet the needs of various customer groups.

SAA Electrical Safety Certification: The circuit design and insulation performance of all electrified bathroom products have passed rigorous testing, complying with Australian and New Zealand electrical safety regulations, and adapting to the special safety needs of the humid hotel bathroom environment. WaterMark Product Approval Certification: Product materials, manufacturing processes, and performance meet New Zealand building industry entry requirements, ensuring the consistency and compliance of mass-produced products and contributing to smooth project acceptance.
WELS Water Efficiency Rating Certification: Faucets, showerheads, and other products meet specified water efficiency ratings, reducing hotel water consumption through low-flow design. This data can be directly used for Green Star NZ green building certification applications, enhancing the hotel's reputation for sustainable operations.
Adaptation to Local Building Codes: Products must comply with local fire safety, seismic, and accessibility building codes. For example, bathroom equipment fixing structures must meet seismic reinforcement requirements, and public area bathroom facilities must be adapted to wheelchair access and usage space standards.
